Casa Bella

Casa Bella Residences is a landmark luxury tower located at 1444 Biscayne Boulevard (also cited as 1400 Biscayne), directly across from the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami’s Arts & Entertainment District. Developed by the Related Group and Alta Developers, this project represents the first-ever residential collaboration for the legendary Italian design house B&B Italia. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by the master Piero Lissoni, the building reached a major milestone by topping off at 56 stories in July 2025. As of March 2026, construction is in the final stages of interior build-out and glass finishing, with delivery on schedule for Summer 2026.

The tower features 317 to 319 luxury residences (with over 90% already sold as of early 2026). It is defined by its undulating “wave” façade and a commitment to Italian craftsmanship, offering a museum-quality living experience in one of Miami’s most culturally significant corridors.

Casa Bella’s architecture is a “bold, ripply design” that distinguishes it from the more rigid towers nearby. Every residence is delivered decorator-ready (with pre-selected porcelain flooring options) and features private elevator access and entry foyers a rare standard for every unit in a building of this scale.

The interiors are a showcase of B&B Italia’s aesthetic, featuring custom kitchens by Italkraft with a “black glass” appliance package from Sub-Zero and Wolf. The master suites are designed as wellness retreats with natural stone, backlit mirrors, and oversized spa tubs curated by Lissoni himself.
