ADI ZILBERBERG | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF LUXURY SALES

Cove Miami is a high-end, boutique waterfront development located at 456 NE 29th Street in the increasingly elite Edgewater neighborhood. Developed by SB Development and Hazelton Capital Group, the project represents a “sanctuary-first” philosophy, emphasizing wellness and privacy over high-density living. Designed by the acclaimed Kobi Karp Architecture in collaboration with Dieguez Fridman, the tower is currently under construction. While early estimates targeted 2026, current project updates and financing milestones (including a $170M construction loan secured in late 2025) have adjusted the estimated completion to 2028.
The 40-story tower is characterized by its nautical-inspired architecture and organic, fluid lines. It offers an intimate collection of 116 to 134 luxury residences (depending on final penthouse configurations), all of which feature flow-through layouts with expansive wrap-around terraces and unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Kobi Karp’s design for Cove Miami is a departure from the blocky high-rises nearby, opting for a curved, sculptural form that mimics the waves of the bay. The interiors by Dieguez Fridman prioritize “tactile luxury,” utilizing natural materials like stone, wood, and fluted glass.
Residences are delivered fully finished with 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass. The kitchens are a standout feature, equipped with custom Italian cabinetry, Calacatta Gold marble countertops and backsplashes, and a professional-grade appliance suite from Thermador and Bosch.
